This 'Zarzo' basket workshop will be held outdoors at my willow bed under the shade of my wonderful new canvas weaving canopy. A day of fresh air and learning this wonderful basket with local willows, some of which will have been harvested just next to where we weave! Originating from Catalonia this wonderful basket is both beautifully sculptural and super practical too! It is such an interesting basket to learn how to weave, using the tension of one willow against another to build it's shape. It's a great basket for those new to willow and a refreshing new style for those who have made a basket before. All locally sourced willow is included. Tools are provided as are drinks and sweet treats to sustain us. All you need to bring is yourself and a little something for lunch. Come and give it a try, you won't be disappointed! £85 pp

Cancellation Policy

Please note that cancellations or transfers are not available within 30 days of the start date unless you or I can re fill your place. I would make every effort to fill your place but bear in mind that the shorter the notice, the harder it would be.
