Join willow artist and basket maker Jenny from Making Space To Make for a wonderful morning of willow weaving in her outside class room next to the willow bed and stream. This workshop is suitable for those new to willow or those simply wanting to play with a new willow design . In this beautiful, creative space, we will be celebrating our annual summer visitor, the swallow by learning how to turn simple willow rods into characterful willow swallows. You will learn how to source and prepare willow ready for your creative project and then be shown how to use the willow to weave your swallows. Come with a friend or just yourself for some quality creative time and embrace a new skill. Group size is kept to six to allow plenty of one-to-one teaching time. Suitable for all abilities, but some regular hand strength required.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that cancellations or transfers are not available within 30 days of the start date unless you or I can re fill your place. I would make every effort to fill your place but bear in mind that the shorter the notice, the harder it would be.
