Take some time for yourself and join willow Artist Jenny from Making Space To Make to explore the ancient art of willow basketry. Within this workshop you will learn timeless techniques to allow you to weave locally grown willow into a beautiful serving platter perfect for any gathering. You will be working with colourful willows from my own willow bed just outside Totnes along with willow from the Somerset levels to make this platter truly rooted in the South West! Suitable for all weaving abilities, average hand strength required. Please note that cancellations or transfers are not available within 30 days of the start date unless you or I can re fill your place. I would make every effort to fill your place but bear in mind that the shorter the notice, the harder it would be.
