Should you need to return your order, you may do so within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned undamaged. To begin a return please do email me at makingspacetomake@gmail.com.

The return postage and postal insurance is your responsibility. Once the item has been received back and checked over, a full refund minus the outward postage cost will be given.

Purchased willow products will be shipped in sturdy boxes by Royal Mail TRACKED 48 within the UK only. Minimising environmental impact is an important part of my business, and I aim to use recycled boxes where possible. If your purchase is a gift or you would prefer a
plain box, please let me know in the message box at point of purchase.

I ship items on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week. Your tracking number will arrive as an email.

Please do double check the correct address information is given at point of purchase. If your item is returned because of a wrong address, you must cover the redelivery cost.
